Indiana Flat Track Association
has a collective vision of an organized statewide points championship
conducted under the rules of the AMA and AHRMA and administered by
our association. |

We will fund a year end awards
banquet, solicit sponsors, publish the schedule of races, set standards
for tracks, pay backs and involve clubs, dealers and civic organizations
to grow the sport. |

| 3. |
Indiana Flat Track Association
intends to develop a base of 200 + flat track racers, within the surrounding
states. |
| |
| 4. |
Our goals include the return of Grand National Championship races
to Indiana. Along with the return of Indiana racers to the professional
ranks and developing a contingency of youth riders.

IFTA, a nonprofit completely
volunteer organization, that intends to coordinate with existing venues
and clubs in an effort to make these events profitable for all. We
do this for the "love of the sport". |

Our plans include a complete
marketing/sales team with proven skills and abilities. |
| |

| 7. |
IFTA’s intent is not
to compete with existing Promoters/Clubs but to encourage them, support
them and supply them with alternative means of making their events
grow. |

We have planned a race schedule
that includes Short Track, Half Mile and TT events. |
